About PermitMySign

PermitMySign is the sign shop’s permit person — in software. A sign permit eats a day of someone’s time, or $1,000–$3,500 if you hand it to an expediter. We check the sign against the city’s actual published code, build the ready-to-submit package, track the review, and draft the answers when the city asks for changes.

Today that means 12 cities and counties across Florida, Texas, and Arizona — each one a hand-verified data pack quoting the city’s own ordinances, fee tables, and submission steps, with the verification date shown on every page.

The rules we build by

Never a verdict without a citation

Every compliance check shows the reviewer's math in plain English plus the exact ordinance quote and section, one click away. When a city's code is ambiguous, you get an honest amber “needs human review” — never a confident guess.

Honest about limits

Software can't notarize a letter or stamp an engineering drawing. Those become tracked to-dos with emailable templates — honestly labeled, never faked. And nothing we build guarantees the city says yes.

Plain English everywhere

Never “AHJ” — “the city that reviews your permit.” Never “plan-check correction” — “the city asked for changes.” Every problem comes paired with its next step.

Who’s behind it

PermitMySign is a product of Hubble42 Inc., a small team in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada building data-verified software for the sign trade. We’re the kind of company that reads the sign ordinance so you don’t have to — and then shows you exactly where we read it.

We’re in early access. That means no invented testimonials, no “trusted by 500 shops” badges, no made-up case studies — the product has to demonstrate itself. Run a free instant check and judge the citations for yourself.
